Innovative Tomato has an immediate part-time opening (21 hours/week) for a Graphic Designer. The position has the potential to become full-time in the future. Join a small team of uniquely talented individuals who work on all things web, print, and marketing for clients across various industries.

In this role, we’re looking for someone who can create print & digital design for both internal and external clients, as well as video production/editing.

The best match for this position is someone who is:

  • Experienced in graphic design, one way or another.
    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related field or equivalent work experience is required for this position.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Must be capable of working with a bit of freedom, and the responsibilities that come with it.
    • Managing your own workload, meeting client deadlines, client communication & followup.
  • Willing to adopt the company project/time management software, and file backups as part of the creative process.
  • Comfortable using a Windows computer.
    • Must possess touch typing skills (60+ WPM), handle ZIP folders, and close a frozen application with Task Manager
  • Not afraid to ask questions!
    • We don’t expect you to know everything when you start, and it’s our goal to help you succeed.

Photography/videography experience is a plus, as we are always looking for fresh creative perspectives.

Social Media, Digital Ads, Marketing Content

Innovative Tomato has an immediate part-time opening (21 hours/week) for a Marketing Specialist. The position has the potential to become full-time in the future. Join a small team of uniquely talented individuals who work on all things web, print, and marketing for clients across various industries.

In this role, we’re looking for someone who can help manage social media accounts and create & edit marketing materials for organic & paid placements.

You need to be able to look at various metrics and be able to summarize why things happened—or at least your most educated guess based on the data in a manner that is meaningful to the client.

The best match for this position is someone who is:

  • Experienced in marketing, one way or another.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or other related field or equivalent work experience is required for this position.
    • This is generally what we are doing: SEO, SEM (PPC), SMM, SMO.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing & advertising platforms.
    • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio is primarily what we work with.
  • Must be capable of working with a bit of freedom, and the responsibilities that come with it.
    • Managing your own workload, meeting client deadlines, client communication & followup.
